Melissa BarkerMusic & Arts Director
In 2011, Melissa moved to Prineville with her husband Joe and their two sons, Birch and Riddley, to open a restaurant and brewery. They got involved at FBC where they immediately felt surrounded by community. They began serving in the music ministry, and a couple years later, Melissa was hired as the Music and Arts Director. One of Melissa’s favorite things about her job is seeing people use their individual, God-given, creative giftings to bring honor to God. In her spare time (which there doesn't ever seem to be quite enough of) Melissa enjoys reading, dancing, traveling, making music with friends, and spending time with her family.

Jenny BrooksChildren's Ministry Director
Jenny and her husband Ernie moved to Prineville in 2001 when Ernie got a job teaching Physical Education at Crook County Middle School and coaching at Crook County High School. Prineville has been home to them ever since, and they have loved and been loved well by this community. In the fall of 2013 Jenny became the office administrator at FBC, and in 2018 she took on the role of Children’s Ministry Director, and she's loving every minute of it! When she's not working at the church, Jenny loves serving our community and spending time with her husband and their two daughters, Grace and Lucy. |
