You will be contacted by our AV personnel to make arrangements.

  • Remove all decor
  • Reset room to format prior to event
  • Vacuum floors
  • All trash containers emptied in all rooms (including bathrooms); clean liners replaced; and trash taken to dumpsters
  • All equipment used turned off and returned to proper location
  • Kitchen
    • All Supplies and food/beverage removed from facility
    • Wash, dry, and return church dishes to cupboards
    • Wipe down counters and clean sinks
    • Sweep and mop floor
  • Turn out all lights
  • Close and confirm doors are locked.
